The publication of Luojia Guoxue Series(珞珈國學系列)
As soon as the School of Chinese Classics had been established, we started to prepare for the publication of “Luojia Guoxue Series” which contains two directions: teaching materials and research. All the authors of this series are rigorous and have been teaching or doing research in our school. The series of textbooks has been used in the teaching for undergraduates and graduate students in our school, and they can also be a reference for teaching in other universities. The series of research includes monographs and collections of essays about certain subjects. All the manuscripts were reviewed by the academic committee. Currently, the first batch of books have been published by The Commercial Press.
Moreover, Prof. Guo Qiyong and other professors have published their own monographs in some influential presses.
The “Luojia Guoxue Series” also includes the journals of Research on Confucian Culture. This journal is an annual print published by SDX Joint Publishing Company. There are six journals by now. The journal is a place to express different issues on Confucian learning, thoughts and culture, through which a creatively transformed Confucian tradition is presented.
