本科导师制是弘毅学堂国学班推行的全新培养模式。学生从大二开始选配学术导师,原则上导师指导学生至本科毕业。其间贯彻因材施教、循序渐进之教育原则,视学生为独特的教育个体,尊重他们的能力和才性而善加引导,加强他们的学术模仿意识,使之学有旨归,进而有所成。作为本科导师制的展开环节,国学班设有学年论文制度,要求学生在导师指导下,第二、三学年末各提交一篇研究论文,由评审委员对学年论文进行评审和论定,选拔优秀论文。

 

Undergraduate tutorial system is a band new nurturing mode implementing in “Hong Yi Chinese Classics Class”. In the sophomore year, students begin to choose their supervisors. In the rest time of university, they are considered as unique individuals and their abilities and talents would be fully respected and properly guided. Meanwhile S.C.C. aims at strengthening their academic imitation consciousness and making them learn with academic value and achieve something. To get further in tutorial system, S.C.C. practices annual thesis system, which asks the students to submit research papers at the end of second and third year under the guidance of their supervisors. Panel members would evaluate these papers and select the good ones.

 

为鼓励优秀学生,加强他们的学术荣誉感和自信心,培养他们的学术自律意识,国学院辑集了一批具备较强问题意识、符合学术规范、行文流畅的本科生学年或学位论文,于2014年出版《学海问津——武汉大学国学院本科优秀论文集》(第一辑),为这些学生的求学之路留下了印记,激励他们自我期许,以学问和思考为生命之天职。国学班自办《志学》学生期刊,学生独立组稿及编选。作者虽多是国学相关领域的初学者,但该刊始终坚持学术性和创新性,严守学术规范,为青年学子提供了一方锐意进取的园囿。

 

To encourage excellent students, enhance their confidence and cultivate their academic self-discipline and sense of honor, S.C.C. collected some academic papers or dissertations which had strong sense of problem, conformed academic discipline, and fluent in writing, to publish on the Selected Theses of Undergraduates in School of Chinese Classics of Wuhan University, which left marks on their academic road and inspired their self-expectation that research and thinking are their vocation. The journal Zhi Xue(《志学》) edited by our students always keeps essays academic and innovative, and provides the opportunities for youth scholars to forge ahead in academic field.
