At the invitation of Prof. Guo Qiyong, Li Minghui, researcher of  the Institute of literature and Philosophy in Academia Sinica in Taiwan, gave a lecture on "Confucianism and Kant" in November 12 to 26, 2016. Professor Li Minghui received his PhD in 1986 from the University of Bonn, Germany. He is an internationally renowned Confucian scholar, Kantian philosopher and political philosophy expert. He has written many books in Chinese and German, including Mencius, Confucianism, Political philosophy, Kantian philosophy, Chinese and Western comparative philosophy and other fields. He translated many Kant books too.
